“Given the importance of bankruptcy to our firm’s overall practice mix and the dynamic nature of this conference and its participants, we felt that sponsorship was a good investment for the firm and our attorneys,” explained Wayne Kitchens, co-managing partner and head of HWA’s Business Bankruptcy Practice Area.

HWA is sponsoring the TBA Bankers Legal Conference for the third consecutive year. Gunn will speak on the topic, “Commercial Real Estate Loan Documentation: Best Practices and Lessons (Hopefully) Learned During the Financial Crisis.” His presentation will address various lessons learned during the U.S. financial crisis and describe how banks and their legal counsel can integrate these lessons into their daily practices.
