He focuses on representing creditors in all four bankruptcy districts of Texas and in all aspects of bankruptcy including motions for relief, contested matters, adversary proceedings, and appeals. He has been a guest presenter at various bankruptcy continuing legal education conferences around the state throughout the years, been listed a Rising Star by Super Lawyers by Thomson Reuters 2017-2018 and recognized as a top bankruptcy attorney by Houstonia Magazine.

HOBBIES & INTEREST
When Michael isn’t practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, reading, kayaking, and biking. Michael is also a “hobby author” with two novels published to date, both Southern fiction and one of which has gone on to be a Top 10 bestseller on both Amazon and Barnes and Noble in the ghost stories selections. He also enjoys auction hunting with his wife.
