Mr. Harrell has defended numerous class action suits ranging from employment discrimination to breach of warranty. He serves as lead appellate counsel in the event of appeals. Mr. Harrell has tried more than fifty jury cases to verdict and a number of employment discrimination bench trials. Since 1977, Mr. Harrell has vigorously served as a legal advocate for his clients.
Mr. Harrell was part of the team that successfully reversed a nationwide consumer class action in General Electric Co. v. Jewell, 2003 WL 22176623 (Tex. Civ. App. – Houston [14th Dist.], no pet.), in which he was trial counsel and co-appellate counsel. He was trial and appellate counsel in Vanderbilt Mortgage Finance, Inc. v. Posey, 146 S.W.3d 302 (Tex. App. – Texarkana 2004, no pet.). A nationwide consumer class action was reversed.
