Derrick Verdun is an Associate Attorney in HWA’s Real Estate Section.
Derrick’s practice primarily focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions where he represents and assists financial institutions, lenders, landlords, and investors in the acquisition, transfer, leasing, and financing of various commercial properties.
Prior to joining HWA, Derrick served as general counsel of numerous homeowner associations, condominium associations, and residential real estate developers assisting them in corporate governance matters, restrictive covenant enforcement, and foreclosures throughout the state of Texas.
