To Speak at Credit Law Institute Consumer Debt Collection,

Loan Servicing And Bankruptcy Seminar in Dallas

HOUSTON (Sept. 24, 2008) - Lawrence "Larry" Young, a partner with Hughes Watters Askanase L.L.P. (HWA), will speak on "Foreclosures, Bankruptcy and the Subprime Crisis" at the Consumer Debt Collection, Loan Servicing and Bankruptcy Seminar in Dallas on Oct. 10.  The conference is sponsored by The Credit Law Institute in conjunction with The Conference on Consumer Finance Law.

Young will discuss the extensive bankruptcy litigation that is flowing from the subprime crisis and the target that has been painted on subprime lenders' backs. He was chosen as a speaker because of his reputation and his experience in speaking nationally on consumer financial services litigation and bankruptcy topics.
